The hotel is stylish and the staff at the receptionist were very friendly. the location is perfect, close to a bus station. there is a great restaurant within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early flight by arranging a take-away breakfast. The value for money was exceptional and the facilities were great. I especially loved the view from my room. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience to the airport and excellent service.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our great 3 nights stay here. the location of this quiet and absolutely great hotel was perfect, on having a car or taking a taxi. - It was also near Gothenburg airport as well as a new and modern shopping area.

The room was huge and bright with extra towels and excellent facilities, for instance.

the venue is unique and relaxing, its location is peaceful, not far from a restaurant, the airport and the hippodrome. the breakfast is savoury and the staff is superfriendly, amicable. the atmosphere of the hotel is family.

Honestly no complains at all. Large breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Reasonably priced location for our visit to Aabytravet at a short distance from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Aby for 6 days/nights, both for business and pleasure. The staff, including the front desk lady, were incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. The hotel was clean and the lobby had a cool fairground decor with free games available. The included breakfast was good and the service overall was great. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to activities if we wanted. A bonus was the nearby horse race arena, although I imagine it could get crowded during events.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with wonderfulstaff members. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good bathroom and a safe box, television and tea/coffee making equipment in the room. Public parking nearby provided. A gym available for guests too. Great location 4-6 minutes walking distance from Aabytravet.

The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the nearby racing circuit and surrounding hills. The hotel's connection to public transport made it easy to explore the nearby city. The bathroom was spacious and had a luxurious feel with a walk-in shower and beautiful tiles.

Cleanliness was a major issue throughout our stay. There was dust everywhere, including in the elevator, bathroom, and even in the closet.

The room was exceptionally clean with excellent facilities, a nice open view, a big window, could leave my car nearby. The location was ideal, next to the hippodrome, in the new area.

New-fashioned & incredible unit with a nice open view. The nice location for the price, close enough to close to the horse-racing track, a taxi and the famous Tivoli amusement park.

Beds were too soft.
